Please find below some extra information on how you can place an order with us:
 
  1. Choose from our extensive range of products and place the products you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Please indicate the number of products you wish to order and select the correct colour code if you would like to order coloured paint. You cannot find the product your are looking for or you need additional information about a specific product? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help you.

  2. Sign in with your personal account. New customer? Welcome! Quickly create your account and you can proceed to order.

  3. You want to confirm your order? Select your payment method: bank transfer, cash (only in-store), bancontact/Mister Cash, PayPal, iDeal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, the Belfius button and the KBC button. This list is non-binding and non-exhaustive.
  4. Online payment: deverfwebshop automatically guides you to your chosen online payment system, this allows you to make the payment in a secure manner.

  5. Payment by bank transfer: After confirming your order, you will receive a summary of your order and a payment invitation. This amount due has to be transferred to our bank account BE35 7360 1316 0237, mentioning the order number. Please take into account the transfer times of the banks for the speed of the processing. Online payments are processed immediately.

  6. After receiving your payment, we will pack your order with great care and start the shipping process. Within Belgium and The Netherlands, usually the goods will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days to the specified delivery address  (counting from the receipt of your payment). Delivery times for other countries depend on the destination. Usually packages to other countries will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days to the specified delivery address (counting from the receipt of your payment). You will receive an email in which we confirm the dispatch of your order with a tracking number, so you can track your parcel at all times.

  7. Most of our orders are shipped with PostNL, Bpost or GLS.

  8. PostNL, for Belgium: If you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to deliver your order at the address of your neighbors . If you do not want this, please mention this explicitly in the comments box when completing your order. After two delivery attempts at home, you will be able to pick up your package at your nearest package point. Through a note in your letter box and on the Track & Trace page (www.postnl.be/pakketten), based on a code and barcode combination, you will be able to check in which collection point the package can be picked up. The package will be available during 14 days in the collection point. You will receive an email when the package has arrived at the collection point and after 7 days, if necessary, an email reminder to pick your package up asap. Check the nearest package point here: www.onlineverzendservice.be.

  9. BPost, for Belgium: If you are not present at the time of delivery, the postman will not deliver your order. He will leave a message in the mailbox, which you will need to pick up your package in the nearest postal point. The distribution of postal points can be viewed at www.bpost.be.

  10. If you have indicated you want to pick-up the order, please send us an email to set an appointment.

How to order coloured paint?
 
Ordering your favourite colour is simple.
 
Please select your colour code next to the Sigma or Sikkens products that can be coloured.
  • In principle, all Sikkens paints can be coloured with the 5051 color concept codes and the RAL colours.
  • In principle, all Sigma  paints  can be coloured with the C21.3 colour codes and the RAL colours.
Your colour code is not listed or you would like some additional explanation? Do not hesitate to contact us!
 
Please note that colours may differ from the actual colours on the screen, it is therefore advisable to borrow or buy a colour range.

Terms of delivery

Within Belgium and The Netherlands, usually the goods will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days to the specified delivery address  (counting from the receipt of your payment). Belgium and The Netherlands:
  • Pick-up (after having made an appointment) at Stekene: free
  • For orders < € 65: € 5,00 (VAT included)
  • For orders > € 65: free home delivery

  3. 9. GLS: If the Customer is not present at the first delivery attempt, the driver will ask a neighbour to accept the parcel. If that is not possible, the driver will take it back to the depot (distribution centre). The Customer will receive a Notification Card and/or an e-mail which holds key information about the delivery options for a second delivery attempt. This can be arranged via the GLS website or Customer Service. If the Customer is not present during the second delivery attempt, the parcel can only be collected at a GLS ParcelShop.
